Google took the wraps off the first draft of Ara modular phone, which goes on sale at a special conference of developers. Dubbed the Spiral 2.The phone will first launch in Puerto Rico during the second half of this year.
There are 11 working modules for project Ara 2 smartphone. Google plans to have as many as thirty options by the end of this year.
Google will sell the chassis and modules Spiral 2 in Puerto Rico, in partnership with local carriers.

Trying to find your keys can be annoying enough, let alone when a component of your phone falls down the back of the sofa or the side of the seat in car, or drop it on the floor in the street and it falls down a drain. Cool idea, looking forward to how they design the practicalities.

And as far as the looks go the back looks fine I personally don't find the front appealing, but hey it's all about the idea and possibilities and not the looks.
