Force Technology touch is now in Apple Watch and adds a new dimension to the user interface. Electrodes on the Retina display can distinguish light tap and gravure printing, adding another layer of sensing multitouch screen. This means, Apple, must be flexible display on the iPhone for this technology to work.
In addition to the extra gigabyte of RAM, which is reported, Tech News Taiwan says Apple is likely to move to new LPDDR4 chips, according to TechNews Taiwan. LPDDR4 designed for higher bandwidth for LPDDR3, that found in the iPhone and the iPhone 6 6 Plus, while retaining the same power consumption.

Well, faster processing RAM, I'm not complaining, except the fact that most phone manufacturer is going for 4GB ram and iPhone is still half of that, but iOS is a light Operating system, and iOS is completely different from Android as Android's OS especially with custom skins will need high performance and eats more ram.

There may be some reason for the camera protrude..may be that dual lens tech might need it and apple don't want to change the iPhone design for 6s and iPhone 6 users have to live with it.
