The plaintiffs are hoping to force the company to change its policy on how users are informed of the space to store their data on the device.
"We believe that there is a considerable amount of apple consumers who have been deceived, and we will vigorously pursue the claim," said William Anderson, a lawyer Cuneo Gilbert & Laduka.
Company spokesman Apple did not give any comments on this issue.
Recall that Apple fended off such claims before, winning the Canadian business in 2012o that the company misleads consumers about the size of the storage of their data.

More than an idiotic lawsuit, this article is so primitive it’s funny. Why not bring up the fact that users are given 5GB of free iCloud storage, therefore more than negating the 23.1% storage space of a 16 GB model.

They should just make the phones so there are 16GB of available storage for the customer or ditch the 16GB option. 16 these days is barely adequate especially when the OS takes up 4 or 5GB
